Helping Brampton clients with their mental health
As a Brampton Therapist, I work with clients both in person and online that are searching for support in dealing with life challenges; those seeking to understand and cope with the specific feelings, changes and circumstances they are presently facing.
I offer a safe, accepting and inclusive space for you to explore the issues that you are struggling with from a mental health perspective. I help people best by combining my compassion and years of experience with a holistic approach.
A Seasoned, Professional and Trusted Brampton Therapist Experience
Choosing a Brampton Therapist is about trust
My practice offers an integrated approach that combines mental health and spirituality, grounded in the belief that intuition is a vital resource in the therapeutic process. I draw from the ancestral wisdom of curanderismo, rooted in my Latin American heritage, as well as formal training in social work and extensive clinical practice. T
My combination offers a trauma-informed approach for clients who may not find resonance in traditional models of mental health support.

Carolina Gutiérrez , RSSW, CH.
Brampton Counsellor & Psychotherapist
Why I became a Brampton Therapist
As a Brampton psychotherapist, I am a Registered Social Service Worker and Hypnotherapist with over 20 years of private practice experience. My journey into this field was shaped by my own challenges within a mental health system that often overlooked the complexity of individual needs in addition to lacking a holistic approach.
As a compassionate Brampton Therapist, this perspective allows me to approach therapy with both professional expertise and the lived understanding of someone who has walked the path of healing.

My Focus Areas
My Approach
I offer culturally informed mental health support. As a compasionate Brampton therapist, I take a collaborative and holistic approach, meeting each person where they are with compassion and respect. My focus areas come from lived experience, where I can combine a peer support approach with intuition and compassion.
Sessions often weave together traditional therapeutic methods with intuitive and spiritual practices, allowing space for both evidence-based tools and inner wisdom to guide the process. I integrate elements of hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and somatic awareness with the ancestral healing practices of curanderismo, always adapting to the unique needs of the individual. My role is not to prescribe answers, but to support clients in uncovering their own clarity, resilience, and capacity for transformation.
